Ryan Scaife is a 2011 graduate of Lock Haven University with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in management.  During his time at LHU Ryan's art career garnered national attention as his artwork became sought after by many NFL athletes. In 2010 Ryan was featured in the Wall Street Journal for his ambition to create his own internship with the State College Spikes.

During the summer of 2010 Ryan established Game Changing Solutions, LLC, which focuses on providing marketing and brand development services to small and midsized businesses in central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas.

In addition to working as the president and creative director at GCS Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, watching the Atlanta Braves, and working on his art.

Ryan Mosyn is a 2009 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in marketing.  Ryan was the 2009 recipient of the Eberly College of Business Academic Excellence Award, which is awarded to the graduating senior with the highest grade point average.  In addition to maintaining a 3.96 g.p.a. Ryan was also a member of the Crimson Hawk baseball team, and served as team captain for two seasons.

Ryan joined GCS as a marketing consultant during the Fall of 2010.  Ryan brings with him the experience of analyzing today's fast paced business markets through his work as a commodities broker in the New York Mercantile Exchange.

In his spare time Ryan enjoys many hobbies including playing golf, watching the Pittsburgh Pirates, and playing baseball with the Spike Island Pirates of the Centre County Baseball League.
